Paccheri originated in Campania and, with their large, wide tubes, are among the most characteristic pasta shapes of southern Italy. At Pastificio dei Campi, they are made in Gragnano with the same care and artisanal philosophy as the entire range. Their generous shape provides plenty of surface area for sauce while also delivering a firm, satisfying bite. Paccheri pair wonderfully with ragù as well as fish and seafood dishes, but can also be stuffed and gratinated in the oven.
