Whole berry fermentation with maceration for approx. 12 days, aging: 12 months in barriques and tonneaux, then 12 months in 400L clay barrels. A further 6 months of bottle aging.

A wonderful discovery at Vinitaly 2022. Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, the founders of the gelato multi-company Grom, bought 30ha of land in Barbaresco after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, of which 10ha are planted with vines. There they now produce high-quality single-vineyard Barbarescos that meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
