Ofelia is the excellent result of the two most sophisticated winemaking techniques for producing sweet wines. The concentration of the Muscat grapes is achieved partly by attacking the noble rot Botrytis Cinerea and partly by freezing the grapes. Fermentation at a temperature of 24°, (1/3) in 500 L French oak barrels and partly in 400 L ceramic containers (2/3), where the wine remains for 24 months until bottling.

Guido Martinetti und Federico Grom, die Gründer des Gelati Multiunternehmens Grom, kauften sich nach dem Verkauf ihres Glace Imperiums an Unilever, 30ha Land im Barbaresco, wovon 10ha mit Reben bestückt sind. Dort Produzieren sie heute hochwertige Barbarescos aus Einzellagen, welche höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht werden. Weitere Weine wie Barbera d'Asti oder ausgezeichnete Piemonte DOC runden das Angebot ab.
