Whole berry fermentation with maceration for approx. 12 days, aging: 12 months in French oak tonneaux, then 12 months in 400L ceramic amphorae. A further 6 months of bottle aging.

Guido Martinetti und Federico Grom, die Gründer des Gelati Multiunternehmens Grom, kauften sich nach dem Verkauf ihres Glace Imperiums an Unilever, 30ha Land im Barbaresco, wovon 10ha mit Reben bestückt sind. Dort Produzieren sie heute hochwertige Barbarescos aus Einzellagen, welche höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht werden. Weitere Weine wie Barbera d'Asti oder ausgezeichnete Piemonte DOC runden das Angebot ab.
