Limited to 1,345 bottles This wine undergoes a careful vinification, starting with destemming and crushing, followed by a 48-hour cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and ceramic amphorae. After 15 months of maturation on fine lees and 4 months of bottle rest, an exceptional wine is created.

This wine is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, especially grilled salmon or prawns. It also goes well with light chicken dishes with a creamy sauce. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed with a mature Camembert or Brie. Its balanced freshness and depth also make it the perfect wine for a relaxed evening where you can enjoy its complex flavors on its own.
