The Grignolino grape is not easy to grow and produces a low wine yield. It has small berries with four or five seeds, so that a large part of the grape weight goes into the stems and seeds. Mura Mura cultivates a modern style with the Garibaldi, as the light and drinkable Grignolinos of the last century were fermented exclusively in steel tanks. Here, fruit, structure and juicy tannins are in the foreground. Fascinating wine!
