The typical Pinot fruit is in the foreground and is not influenced by anything. The grapes are mashed, pressed and then the wine is aged in steel tanks. This preserves the fruity and spicy aromas of the grape.

Bickgut

Florian and Michael Wanner run the Bickgut at Würenlos in the third generation. Their vineyard: a sun-drenched south-facing slope with mineral-rich soils. A small spot, grown for great wines. Accordingly, their ambition is great – which is a tradition at Wanners. Their goal is top wines from Aargau. They know that this requires investments, a lot of time, and immense patience. And above all: respect for the course of nature. This passion unites them daily with their selected team.
