The grapes are gently pressed and vinified dry. Following the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on the lees, a complex and very refreshing sparkling wine with a pronounced body is created.

Bickgut

Florian and Michael Wanner run the Bickgut at Würenlos in the third generation. Their vineyard: a sun-drenched south-facing slope with mineral-rich soils. A small spot, grown for great wines. Accordingly, their ambition is great – which is a tradition at Wanners. Their goal is top wines from Aargau. They know that this requires investments, a lot of time, and immense patience. And above all: respect for the course of nature. This passion unites them daily with their selected team.
