After the harvest, the grapes are delivered in small containers and then gently pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (19°C). The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation.

Accompanying

Fish and smoked antipasti, especially bacon and lardo, mature soft cheeses. Dishes with white meat and seafood. It also makes a great accompaniment to spicy Asian dishes such as curries.
