Whole-berry fermentation with maceration in wood for approx. 12-16 days, aging: 9 months in large French oak barrels (50hl), then 16 months in ceramic amphora.

Mura Mura

A wonderful discovery at Vinitaly 2022. Guido Martinetti and Federico Grom, the founders of the gelato multi-company Grom, bought 30ha of land in Barbaresco after selling their ice cream empire to Unilever, of which 10ha are planted with vines. There they now produce high-quality single-vineyard Barbarescos that meet the highest standards. Other wines such as Barbera d'Asti or excellent Piemonte DOC complete the range.
